Generic issues for experienced teachers - Writing and amending simulations
Simulations in the classroom allow business and economics students to develop their ability to apply theory at both micro and macro level. They provide a safe environment in which the students can take risks and which, in turn, can help them to develop their enterprise and confidence with the subject matter. Much can also be learnt from the rather less successful simulation experience, with teachers being able to ask the students to reflect on their experiences – Why did that happen?… What caused this to fail?.…
