GCSE Business - Recruitment and selection
This is a series of lessons that aims to introduce students to the recruitment and selection process and in particular to understand the use of recruitment documents. This is based on active learning and encourages group work and student participation in discussion. The lessons have been prepared around the BBC1 programme The Apprentice but could easily be adapted so the context was based on a similar programme or on a local employer.
The activities are aimed to cover three to four one hour lessons but can be divided up to meet the needs of different lengths of time.
