BTEC First Business - Communication

Communication is taught at all levels of BTEC Business. The emphasis is on the practical skill of communication and students need to be able to demonstrate that they can communicate in a variety of business situations. Much of the judgement made on their communications skill level is based on role play and on the communication of specific messages.

This lesson addresses one aspect of communication with specific reference to the BTEC First assessment criteria.
