This unit contains material on current areas of development within the subject curriculum and some practical classroom ideas. It is aimed at those who may already be experienced classroom pratcitioners and are seeking further professional development.

- Using assessment for learning - identifying how students need to progress in order to develop their attainment levels.
- Preparing for exams
Those proposed include support material on effective use of technology, field work and using external sources of support, practical learning opportunities including role play and enterprise and measuring student progress and providing feedback.
