Navigation and downloads

Navigating this site
The six main sections of this site can be reached from the menu bar at the top of each page. Once you have navigated to a main section, further sub-sections are reached by navigating round the menu links in the left hand column of each page. The complete list of all the pages on this site can be viewed by going to the site map. A link to the site map is given at the bottom of every page.

Where there are links to other relevant websites and documents available to download, from a page, these are accessed from the right hand column of the page.

Downloading documents
In order to download documents and access site services you will normally have to register and there are two stages to this process.

  • If you are a member you initially have to go to the box in the bottom left corner of the home page screen and click on 'Existing Member Activation'.  You will then be asked for your membership number and email address.  This checks against the EBEA database entry and, provided there is agreement, you will be asked to create a password.  You then enter your email address and password to get entry to the full set of documents and services on the site.  If you now tick the 'remember my password'  box you can just press login each time to enter (provided you are on the same computer).  If you are on a different computer you will have to enter your email address and password afresh.
  • If you are not a member you go to the 'Register' button in the top right corner of the home page to register initially and then the 'Login' button subsequently.  This gives access to about half the downloads - the ones that are not accessible are mainly the archives of publications, conferences and other events.

Document formats are shown by the icon against the name of the document. These are:

DOC Word DOC Excel DOC PowerPoint
